Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lost Pet Drone Recovery. We want you to be confident in every purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for our store, subscriptions, and services.

1. Physical products

Examples include pet recovery gear, GPS tags, and other tangible items.

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging, with all parts and manuals.

  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required.

  • Return shipping: Customer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

  • Refund method: Original payment method only. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Non-returnable items
Opened consumables, used items, gift cards, final sale or clearance items, and custom or personalized products.

2. Digital products, memberships, and subscriptions

Examples include pilot listings, memberships, digital downloads, or other online access.

  • Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan you choose. You can cancel anytime in your account settings to stop future renewals.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. If you are charged by mistake or cannot access the service due to a verified technical issue on our side within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we will review a one-time refund at our discretion.

  • Digital downloads: Not refundable once delivered.

3. Services

Any scheduled or delivered service is not refundable once work has begun. If we have not started the service, you may cancel for a full refund. Missed appointments or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Donations and gift cards

Donations are final and not refundable. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, start a return and place a new order. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will issue a refund.

7. How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@lostpetdronerecovery.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send return instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

8. Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

9. Partner and affiliate items

Some products may be fulfilled by trusted partners. In those cases we will help coordinate your return and follow the partner’s return requirements, which may differ from this policy.

10. International orders

Duties, taxes, and import fees are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping and any customs paperwork.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. We are happy to help resolve any issue quickly.
